SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated individual capable of managing the clubs daily administrative duties. He or she will work very closely with the Soccer Operations department, players and coaches and other various team staff in their daily activities. This position entails a great deal of organization and attentiveness to detail considering the vast scope of the position along with strong communication and time management skills.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all aspects of player and staff relocation, acting as a residential advisor (housing and vehicle needs, reimbursement procedures, etc. primarily for New England Revolution II, and New England Revolution Academy Staff as needed.
- Manage all aspects of player and coach administration for Revolution II including travel documents, required HR documents, individual and club reimbursements.
- Oversee and track all Revolution II financials including yearly regular season travel budget, preseason proposals, etc.
- Assist in managing all immigration tasks related to Revolution II players & staff with oversight from the Director of Team Operations & the Director of Team Operations.
- Update and manage the Revolution II active roster to make sure the team is in compliance with league and federation guidelines with direction from the Technical Staff and Coaching Staff.
- Coordinate all trial player and agent travel, accommodation, and ground transportation, meals and other associated logistical needs for Revolution II. Assist with Academy needs as required.
- Serve as the point of contact for New England Revolution II during all MLS Next Pro competitions at home or on the road. Travel with the team for all competitions.
- Spearhead and manage a player liaison/support staff program centered around acclimating foreign players in coordination with the Player Care liaison.
- Assist with US Open Cup preparations for Revolution First Team.
- Assist in the coordination of special events for New England Revolution II in and out of the market including, but not limited to providing support at US Open Cup, MLS Next Pro League Meetings and Special Events.
- Coordinate team travel for Revolution II players and staff including flights, hotels, ground transportation, meals, training, equipment and other team needs as they arise. Assist with Academy teams as needed.
- Team policy/procedure development in coordination with Sporting Director, Head Coach, Technical Director and Director of Soccer Operations.
- Travel with Revolution II and Pro Pathway away matches when schedule allows.
- Organize and develop Revolution friendly matches with other clubs when team schedule allows.
- Serve as Team Administrator for all Revolution II communications with MLS Next Pro League Office.
- Coordination of Revolution II training needs (field usage/scheduling, equipment needs, security, stadium operations, etc.) both in and out or market.
- Maintain valuable team relationships (preseason destinations, travel partners, league office, etc.) for Revolution II.
- Manage player and staff registration and onboarding process.
- Liaison with MLS Next Pro and Revolution II players, coaches and staff on relevant issues that arise.
- Organize and confirm on-site/off-site venue scheduling (liaison with Operations/TeamOps/Security, etc.) for Academy training, games and events.
- Organize and confirm all Academy group transportation, including, but not limited to bus transfers and rental vehicles as required.
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

- This position has no supervisory responsibilities
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant administrative or operations experience
- Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and have a sense of accountability
- Must be able to travel and work nights/weekends as needed
- Knowledge and passion of the sport of soccer is preferred
- The successful candidate would be personable, dependable, trustworthy and possess strong interpersonal skills
