Soccer Post is searching for an energetic and highly motivated Community Relations Manager (CRM) to become the face of our Team Uniform business in the designated region. What You’ll Be Doing: Your Scorecard

• Be the Club Champion: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned soccer clubs and teams, managing relationships and day-to-day execution of all requests.
• Drive Strategic Growth: Be responsible for developing compelling proposals, events, streamlined processes, and competitive pricing strategies that not only meet but exceed the uniform and apparel goals of club leadership.
• Nurture and Expand the Network: Proactively establish, develop, and nurture positive business relationships with existing customers, potential partners, and key vendors in the youth and active sports industry.
• Synchronize Success: Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather information, ensure seamless communication, and guarantee on-time delivery of every order.
• Be a Visible Presence: Integrate our community partners into the full Soccer Post experience, including having a consistent presence in our retail stores during the week.
• Keep the Engine Running: Own the process for timely submission and payment of invoices.
• Innovate and Execute: Proactively generate new ideas to evolve our partnerships, stay in tune with the business landscape, and ensure every interaction delivers an authentic Soccer Post experience.

What You Bring to the Pitch

• Proven Sales Power: 2+ years of sales experience, with a preference for experience in the youth or active sports sector.
• Sports Enthusiast: A strong interest in the sports industry—ideally soccer—is preferred.
• Organizational Mastery: Excellent organization skills and an innate ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Solution-Oriented Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities.
• The Drive to Win: Must be a self-motivated and driven individual with a focus on structured outbound communications.
• Communication Ace: Effective verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech Savvy: Knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM software, including the ability to utilize daily time blocking for updating customer notes in our Soccer Post CRM.

• Mobility: Ability to travel regularly to various client locations and events across the region.
• Commitment: Ability to work well in a team environment and proactively contribute ideas.
