TICKET SALES & SERVICE DEPARTMENT INTERN 

As a Ticket Sales & Service Intern with FC Dallas, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our Ticket Sales team at one of Major League Soccer’s premier clubs. This internship offers exposure to professional sports sales operations, fan engagement campaigns, and ticketing technology.
The internship will run from late May through late July.

What you’ll do:
  • Support sales campaigns across single game, group, and season membership opportunities throughout your term.
  • Assist with Soccer Celebration initiatives and Year of Soccer Campaign outreach efforts.
  • Track and update group sales and fan experience campaign performance for the sales team on a weekly basis.
  • Make outbound sales calls and assist with promotional support duties and tasks.
  • Conduct research assignments as requested by sales representatives and managers, including managing community outreach programs such as Tickets for Troops and Kicks for Kids contacts.
  • Perform weekly Books of Business category and group target research.
  • Utilize AXS Back Office, FC Dallas’s professional ticketing platform, to support daily operations and ticket management.
You are:
  • Eager to learn the fundamentals of sports sales and fan engagement in a professional environment.
  • A strong communicator who is comfortable making phone calls and engaging with fans and clients.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and track data accurately.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and genuine interest in the business of soccer.
Qualifications:
  • Must be an active college student. Preferably pursuing a degree and/or career in Sports Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Interest in sales, ticketing, or sports business operations.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
