Varsity Boys Soccer Head Coach

Arlington Catholic is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Boys Varsity Head Soccer Coach for the upcoming Fall 2026 season. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing all aspects of the boys soccer program while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, and academic success in alignment with Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) standards. Experienced head coach preferred but not required

Requirements:

Plan, organize, and supervise all aspects of the boys soccer program.

Develop student-athletes’ technical, tactical, physical, and leadership skills.

Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.

Coordinate practices, games, team communication, and off-season development.

Work collaboratively with athletic department staff, administration, parents, and community members.

Ensure compliance with all MIAA, league, and school policies.

Supervise assistant coaches and support program development at all levels.

Maintain appropriate certifications and required trainings.
