    Minimum Qualifications:
    • CPR/AED Certification required
    • First Aid Certification preferred
    • CAP Certification Preferred
    • Knowledge of the fundamental and technical aspects of Soccer
    • Ability to effectively foster the improvement of student-athletes as Soccer Athletes
    • Soccer coaching experience preferred
    • Must abide by the Waterford School District Coaches Handbook and overall District athletic philosophy
     
    Essential Functions:
    • Plan, organize and facilitate practices
    • Oversee and manage game play
    • Assist players in developing soccer fundamental skills
    • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
    • Work effectively with the entire coaching staff and athletic department
    • Teach, maintain and enforce character and academic expectations within the program
