About the Role
The Vice President, Partnership Sales, Denver Summit FC will lead the club’s partnership revenue strategy and execution, focused on securing transformative local, regional, and national partnerships across all major club and stadium assets. Key responsibilities include driving revenue generation for Kit Placements, Stadium Naming Rights, Founding Partnerships, and other premium categories and integrated platforms as identified.
This role serves as the Legends project lead and senior day-to-day commercial leader overseeing the on-site partnership sales team, with a primary focus on new business development and strategic revenue growth. Based full-time at the Denver Summit FC offices in Denver, CO, the position operates with accountability to both Denver Summit FC ownership/leadership and the Legends Global Partnerships leadership team, ensuring alignment across sales strategy, execution, and long-term commercial objectives.
About the Project
Denver Summit FC has partnered with Legends to lead and execute the club’s commercial strategy and partnership development as the organization builds one of the most ambitious platforms in women’s professional sports. As the National Women’s Soccer League’s 16th franchise, Denver Summit FC is building toward a global standard of excellence on and off the pitch through intentional engagement with the city it calls home. Backed by an impressive ownership group led by Rob Cohen and including prominent investors such as Peyton Manning, Mikaela Shiffrin, Mellody Hobson/Ariel Investments – Project Level, among others, the organization is rooted in strong local support and sustained by broad belief in the future of women’s sports.
Created by the community, for the community, the club was born from a grassroots movement of supporters who believed women’s soccer belongs at the highest level in Denver — a belief that continues to shape the organization today. The engagement includes driving innovative partnerships and long-term revenue strategy tied to the club, its future purpose-built stadium and broader mixed-use sports and entertainment district planned at Santa Fe Yards in the heart of Denver. Designed in partnership with Populous, the 14-acre redevelopment is expected to open in 2028 and will anchor a vibrant year-round destination that blends sport, community, culture, local business, and economic growth.
The club has already demonstrated extraordinary momentum and market demand, drawing 63,004 fans to its inaugural home match — setting the record for the largest attendance ever for a professional women’s club soccer match globally. As Denver Summit FC continues to shape the future of professional women’s sports, the project is focused on creating a premier commercial ecosystem that blends sport, culture, community impact, and year-round entertainment—positioning the club and district as landmark destinations for fans, brands, and the city of Denver.

COMPENSATION
Competitive salary of up to $185,000 commensurate with experience, opportunity to earn potential year-end bonus based on performance, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
