Our nationally recognized program introduces kids to the beautiful game through high-energy, age-appropriate sessions that blend soccer skills with character development. Position Overview
We’re seeking enthusiastic, part-time Soccer Coaches who are passionate about working with children and bringing our curriculum to life. As a coach, you’ll:
- Lead engaging classes at local schools, parks, and community centers
- Inspire kids to build confidence, teamwork, and a love for soccer
- Serve as a role model by teaching both soccer skills and life lessons
- Represent Soccer Shots with professionalism, energy, and positivity
What We’re Looking For
- Energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (travel between locations required)
- Clean driving record
- Neat appearance and courteous attitude
- Commitment to upholding Soccer Shots’ values and brand standards
- Previous experience working with children or coaching is a plus (but not required—we provide training!)
Work Environment
- In-person role—no remote work
- Flexible scheduling with opportunities to coach mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends
