Job Summary:
Ark Resource Group is assisting one of our verified employment partners in hiring an energetic, dependable, and enthusiastic Youth Soccer Coach for a private indoor soccer facility in Hollywood, Florida.
The selected candidate will coach children between the ages of 4 and 12 in a safe, positive, and engaging environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, understands the fundamentals of soccer, and can maintain professional communication with parents, participants, and facility staff.
Work Schedule:
Part-time position
Average of 25 or more hours per week
Evening and weekend availability is required
Specific hours will be assigned based on business and program needs
Payment Terms:
Pay rate: $20.00 per hour
Direct-hire W-2 employment
Payroll schedule and additional employment terms will be confirmed directly by the hiring employer
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach children between the ages of 4 and 12 during soccer practices, classes, and organized activities
• Teach basic soccer skills, rules, teamwork, sportsmanship, and game fundamentals
• Create a fun, safe, structured, and positive environment for all participants
• Organize age-appropriate drills, exercises, and recreational activities
• Supervise children and maintain proper safety standards during all sessions
• Encourage participation, confidence, teamwork, and positive behavior
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with parents and guardians
• Assist with player attendance, registration, scheduling, and other basic administrative duties as needed
• Support facility staff with team organization and daily program operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional coaching area
• Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and youth protection guidelines
Minimum Requirements:
• Previous youth soccer coaching or playing experience is preferred
• Experience working with children between the ages of 4 and 12 is strongly preferred
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are preferred
• Soccer coaching certification is a plus but is not required
• Must be energetic, patient, dependable, and professional
• Must be comfortable communicating with children, parents, and facility staff
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends
• Must have reliable transportation to the Hollywood area
• Punctual and consistent attendance is required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
