Soccer Shots is the nation's leading children's soccer program, and we're looking for energetic, dependable coaches to introduce children ages 2-8 to the game through fun, engaging sessions that build confidence, character, and teamwork.
No coaching experience? That's okay! We provide paid training, a nationally recognized curriculum, lesson plans, and all equipment. If you enjoy working with children and have a positive attitude, we'll teach you everything you need to know.

Schedule
Classes are held Monday through Friday at local schools, preschools, childcare centers, parks, and community locations.
Typical coaching hours:
- 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- 2:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Most coaches work 2-5 days per week, and your schedule is built around your availability. You'll coach at the same schools and times each week throughout the season, providing a consistent routine.

What You'll Do
- Lead fun, high-energy soccer sessions for children ages 2-8
- Coach groups of approximately 8-12 children
- Teach soccer fundamentals while developing confidence, teamwork, respect, and character
- Create a positive and encouraging environment where every child feels successful
- Take attendance and complete a brief session report
- Arrive prepared and on time for every session

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

Experience working with children is preferred, including:
- Teaching
- Daycare or preschool
- Coaching
- Camp counseling
- Tutoring
- Babysitting
- Youth programs
Soccer experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel between coaching locations
- Available to coach weekday mornings and/or afternoons
- Ability to pass a Louisiana Department of Education and Louisiana State Police background check
- Complete required child abuse prevention training
