Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a seasonal Alcohol Compliance Supervisor to join our team at Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, New Jersey. As an Alcohol Compliance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of operation are compliant with state, federal, and local alcohol laws, along with company and location-specific alcohol procedures.

Unit Description

Delaware North operates the food and retail services at Sports Illustrated Stadium, the home of Major League Soccer's New York Red Bulls. With a capacity of over 25,000, it delivers a thrilling soccer experience. Offering luxury suites, club seating, and a variety of food and beverages, it's a top choice for sports enthusiasts seeking an unparalleled matchday experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise team members serving alcohol and ensure compliance with the alcohol service policy 
  • Observe and document any alcohol-related issues 
  • Answer questions and make recommendations regarding alcohol service 
  • Ensure all team members serving alcohol have signed an acknowledgment of the alcohol policy and have a valid serving permit before the beginning of work 
  • Assist with alcohol cut-off 

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old 
  • Valid, unexpired alcohol pourer's permit before being hired 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to provide feedback and coaching to team members with varied experience levels 
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays 
  • No college degree required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift, including walking up and downstairs and lifting as the work duties demand 
  • May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season
