We're seeking a passionate and skilled Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our performance staff.
Position Overview:
We are hiring a part-time/seasonal Athletic Trainer (ATC) to support the daily medical needs of our athletes. This position will report to and work closely with the Head Athletic Trainer and collaborate with performance, coaching, and medical staff to ensure the highest standard of care for our players.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide athletic training services including injury prevention, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.
  • Support the Head ATC in managing daily treatment and recovery plans.
  • Document injuries, treatments, and rehabilitation progress in accordance with state and league regulations.
  • Assist with data collection and interpretation (e.g., GPS, wellness, strength metrics) to inform player care and performance.
  • Coordinate and assist with return-to-play protocols in collaboration with the medical and performance team.
  • Travel with the team for matches, tournaments, and training camps as required.
  • Maintain inventory and organization of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Actively participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to a collaborative care environment.
Qualifications:
  • Current NATA BOC Certification (ATC) – in good standing.
  • State of [Insert State] Athletic Training Licensure (or eligible to obtain prior to start date).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience as a certified athletic trainer, with an understanding of soccer or a similar high-performance sport.
  • CPR/AED certification required.
  • Knowledge of injury prevention techniques, therapeutic modalities, and rehabilitative exercise programs.
  • Comfortable using performance and medical technology (GPS, health monitoring platforms, EMRs).
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a professional, collaborative approach.
