The Richmond Kickers Pro Soccer Club, an independent USL League One team located in Richmond, VA, is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic individual to be the CityStadium+ Service Representative during all Kickers and Richmond Ivy home games for the 2025 season. The CityStadium+ Service Representative will be responsible for assisting current Members and encouraging fans to sign up for CityStadium+ Memberships on site. An ideal candidate will be an extremely personable individual who can effectively communicate with fans and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Assist all guests at City Stadium at the CityStadium+ Service Table.
- Retain a full knowledge of City Stadium's layout and policies and necessary ticketing information.
- Assist current CS+ members with ticket purchasing and other general questions.
- the benefits of CS+ to general fans, with the goal of signing up new members.
- Ability to adapt and handle situations in a calm, timely manner.
- Communicate important information with front office personnel as needed.
- Maintain a professional and energetic presence, positively representing the team and organization.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience.
- A strong, clear communicator.
- Strong computer skills.
- An enthusiastic and friendly personality.
- Adaptability to handle issues that may arise during the fan experience.
- Flexible schedule to allow commitment to all Richmond Kickers and Richmond Ivy home games necessary during the 2025 season, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays to meet game/event needs
- Additional duties, expectations, demands, etc. may be added or changed on an as-needed basis to meet organizational matchday needs.
