Position Summary
We’re looking for a passionate, driven community soccer leader to help One Knoxville SC grow the game across East Tennessee. This person will lead the design, execution, and expansion of grassroots soccer programs in partnership with schools, parks, nonprofits, and neighborhoods. If you believe soccer can be a force for good, thrive in dynamic environments, and love building relationships, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Program Development & Community Engagement
  • Design and launch mission-driven soccer programs with community partners (e.g., a One Knox + Boys & Girls Club league across multiple chapters)
  • Collaborate with Knox County Schools to schedule in-school soccer activations
  • Manage programming for One Knox’s downtown mini pitch
  • Represent the club at local community events (e.g., farmers markets, festivals)
  • Coordinate appearances and involvement of First Team players in community efforts
  • Partner with Parks & Rec departments to integrate One Knox into youth soccer offerings
  • Create simple, impactful educational resources and workshops for volunteer coaches and community soccer leaders
Partnerships & Outreach
  • Develop and grow the One Knox Affiliate Program to expand our soccer footprint
  • Identify and pursue sponsorship and partnership opportunities that align with our mission
Event & Program Operations
  • Lead and manage youth and adult grassroots programming
  • Support One Knox Collective programs through onsite operations for tournaments, tryouts, league matches, pickups, and more

Schedule Expectations
  • Full-time role, 40+ hours per week
  • Nights and weekends are required, aligned with community and event needs
  • PTO is not tracked — take the time you need to stay healthy, balanced, and effective
