On Location is seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and analytical Coordinator, Email Marketing to support our email marketing and communications strategy. This role is responsible for the execution of email campaigns—from planning and building to testing, deployment, and performance analysis. You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing managers, designers, sales, and event teams to ensure timely and impactful communications.

This position plays a crucial role in engaging our audience, driving sales, and building brand loyalty through compelling email campaigns and newsletters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and execute direct email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platform).
  • Manage and coordinate email campaign timelines across internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create compelling and on-brand email content.
  • Maintain high standards of email copy in terms of clarity, grammar, and overall effectiveness.
  • Personalize and optimize emails using dynamic content, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Track and attribute sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and best practices (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Support ongoing database hygiene, list segmentation, and audience growth strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or event-based environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using reporting tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with events, ticketing, or hospitality marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation strategies.

Hiring Range Minimum:

$60,406 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$75,000 annually
