THE POSITION Reporting organisationally to the Football Technology Senior Manager, the Football Technology Coordinator will be a key member of the FIFA26 Football Technology & Innovation team, and work in close collaboration with the Football Technology and Technical Infrastructure & Services Zurich teams and other key individuals responsible for planning and delivering all Football Technology & Innovation (FTI) implementations for the FIFA World Cup 2026™. This role assists with documentation, information management, and coordination across suppliers and internal FIFA stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of all FTI systems.
The main responsibilities and oversights of the Football Technology Coordinator for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation
- Organizing and distributing technical information
- Supporting supplier communication
- Contributing to project tracking across stadiums
- Working closely with Football Tehnology Senior Manager to ensure alignment on timelines, requirements and operational needs

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or similar
Work Experience
- Working knowledge of football technologies, including Video Assistant Referee (VAR), Goal-line Technology (GLT), Semi-Automated Offside Technology (SAOT) and related systems
Languages
- Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
Technology
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools (Monday.com)
