Gulf Coast Youth Soccer Club (GCYSC) is a full-service club providing a Comprehensive Pathway that includes Competitive, Academy, and Grassroots Recreational levels of play for boys and girls aged 3-18. We are a growing and continuously improving club with a well-maintained 34-acre 26-field complex. GCYSC is seeking a high-energy and passionate individual to fill our opening for a Director of Coaching position.

The Director of Coaching (DOC ) serves as a full-time, year-round, onsite leader who functions as both a strategic member of the club’s management team and the public face of the Club. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the DOC is responsible for supervising all soccer-related operations and guiding the long-term development of players, coaches, teams, and the club. This position requires strong technical knowledge of soccer, demonstrated experience coaching development, proficiency in leading high-performing teams, and the discipline to hold staff accountable to established standards and performance metrics. The DOC should be comfortable representing the club publicly and working closely with families, staff, and community partners.
