Nature of Work:
In this role, the Event Services Specialist supports the planning and execution of all Denver Summit FC events. This role assists in coordinating logistical and operational plans before, during, and after events to ensure seamless, high-quality experiences for guests, staff, and partners.
Working under the Manager of Event Services, the Specialist will assist in event timelines, vendor communication, staffing logistics, event documentation creation, and on-site operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, hands-on and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Examples of work performed:
- Support the planning and execution of all event operations, including pre-event preparation, on-site coordination, and post-event wrap-up; and
- Assist in onboarding and supervising Event Services Staff at home games and additional ancillary events; and
- Coordinate load-in, setup, event flow, and strike activities under the direction of Manager of Event Services; and
- Support the communication of event policies and procedures to staff, vendors, and service providers; and
- Serve as an additional liaison to external service providers, including parking and cleaning vendors for event day; and
- Assist with venue space conversions for matches, meetings, and other hosted events; and
- Provide on-site problem-solving and support during events
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum
- 2+ years’ experience in events, operations, or related field
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Google Suite)
- Strong organizational, time management, multi-tasking, problem-solving and communication skills
- Background or working knowledge in live entertainment or sporting events.
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Compensation:
- Base salary range $56,000 - $58,000 per annum
- Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
