Nature of Work:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong visual sense, a passion for design, and the ability to translate ideas and brand concepts into compelling visual content across digital and print platforms.
Examples of work performed:
- Design and produce visual assets for digital and print media, including social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, advertisements, and websites
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative solutions
- Create layouts, illustrations, and graphics that align with project goals and timelines
- Prepare final files for production and ensure high-quality output
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Qualifications:
Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Preferred
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing design needs
- Experience working in a fast-paced or agency environment

Compensation:
- Base hourly range $26- $28 per hour
- Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
