Unit Description

Inter Miami CF is Major League Soccer’s premier South Florida club, known for its passionate fanbase and world-class game day experience. Delaware North is proud to operate all food and beverage services at the venue, from premium dining to concessions, offering an exciting environment to be part of the action both on and off the field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage all vendor relationships; project manage as needed
  • Hire, train, and develop management team to provide an optimal experience for guests and team members
  • Determine and control staffing levels while maintaining guest service levels
  • Make operational recommendations and establish prices for products and services within approved budget
  • Maintain proper safety and sanitation procedures; ensure proper repair and maintenance of foodservice equipment
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations regarding sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, employment, and EEO guidelines
  • Verify, prepare, and submit reports and monthly projections 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the contract food service industry, including concessions and retail in a sports venue
  • Extensive sustainability experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or similar
  • Ability to communicate with various levels within the organization
  • Operational financial management accountability and budgeting experience
