Join the Team.  Kansas City Current is home to the best-in-class training facility and the first stadium built for a women’s sport team. Our organization is committed to seeing the fullest potential of our athletes and of our city. To foster our vision, we prioritize hiring and retaining world-class talent.

We’re looking for talented individuals with diverse perspectives, skill sets, and backgrounds to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience. As leaders in women’s sports, we are excited to offer a variety of positions within our front office, stadium, and event settings. We provide opportunities for professional growth and development and invest in our employees through competitive pay, robust health care and wellness benefits, and employee resources and networking.
Who are we hiring?  Do you have relentless energy, a smile that never quits, and the passion to serve others? You may be the perfect Guest Service Ambassador! This role plays an integral role in defining the overall guest and Team Member experience during events at CPKC stadium and our Training Facility. A successful Guest Service Ambassador sees this as an opportunity to have fun, build relationships, provide exceptional hospitality, and make a difference in the lives of others. At the end of each event, you can genuinely say, “I love what I do!”. Your positive impact is felt far and wide by the guests you welcome to the stadium like it's your own home, the coworkers you treat like your own family and the organization you represent with pride and ownership.
What will you do?
  • CPKC Stadium Seating Host: Seating Hosts are the specialists who work our Seating Bowl aisles and staircase access control points. These Team Members provide directional information, welcome guests at their sections, check tickets at the tops of aisles, control access, answer event-related questions, solve guest challenges, and ensure that all guests have a safe and exceptional experience.
  • CPKC Stadium Premium Seating Host: Premium Seating Hosts are the specialists who work in our Clubs and Suites. These Team Members control entry and access points, provide directional information, welcome guests at their sections, check tickets, answer event-related questions, solve guest challenges, and ensure that all guests have a safe and exceptional experience.
  • CPKC Stadium Gates and Guest Service Host: Gate and Guest Service Hosts specialize in helping guests scan their tickets at the gates, troubleshoot entry challenges, provide support at our Guest Service Center, offer wheelchair assistance to those in need, provide directions and information, execute moments of surprise and delight throughout the stadium, and deploy to other positions to support other teams after the event begins.
  • CPKC Stadium Tour Guide: As a CPKC Stadium Tour Guide, you'll lead engaging walking tours for diverse groups, sharing accurate and captivating information about CPKC Stadium, the Kansas City Current, the city of Kansas City, and NWSL history. You'll warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins, and consistently serve as a positive and professional ambassador for the stadium. Working as a Tour Guide will require you to work during regular business hours during the weekdays.
  • Training Facility Guest Service Ambassador: As a Training Facility Guest Service Ambassador, you'll ensure a positive and safe experience for all facility users. This includes providing excellent customer service, enforcing facility policies, and maintaining the cleanliness of fields and common areas. You'll also support event operations during tournaments (setup, breakdown, parking, hydration) and manage lost and found. Promptly report any maintenance or safety issues and assist with other duties as needed to keep the facility running smoothly. Working the Training Facility will require you to work during regular business hours during the weekdays.
What do you need to succeed?
  • Culture Advocates: Have the ability and desire to foster meaningful relationships and create fun, inclusive, family-oriented, and rewarding experiences for guests and coworkers. We believe this is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives.
  • Core Values Ambassadors: Understand how our Core Values serve as the compass for our daily behaviors. Proudly lead as ambassadors, infusing the Core Values into everything we do.
  • Servant Leaders: Have an inherent desire to serve first — and then lead. We make sure that other people’s highest-priority needs are being served.
  • Collaborators: At our best when we are working together as one team, collaborating, including everyone, building strong relationships, and treating one another like family.
  • Innovators: Have a relentless passion for improvement. We bring innovative ideas, listen to feedback from guests, coworkers, and key stakeholders, and develop actionable solutions to enhance the guest and team member experience.
  • Drive for excellence: Have a desire to achieve excellence in everything we do and inspire others around us to do the same.
Special requirements of the Job:
