Monmouth College seeks applications for the position of Head Women’s Soccer coach. Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the Head Women’s Soccer Coach is responsible for all aspects of the soccer program as well as being committed to the academic mission of the College. The Head Coach teaches the sport of soccer to student athletes, and provides for the coaching, recruitment and retention of women soccer players.

Specific Responsibilities

Exhibit instructional abilities to prepare student-athletes for competition.

Meet annual recruitment and retention goals for the program.

Develop and manage the budget for all expenditures related to the program.

Supervise and develop a competent coaching staff to cover all aspects of the game.

Create a player development plan through coaching education and evaluation.
