Number 10 internship

Through the Number 10 Internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in what it takes to work within a futbol club in one of the world’s most vibrant and global cities. The program offers structured mentoring, learning sessions, and opportunities to interact with employees across all departments, giving your insight into the diverse roles and operations within the club. This is more than an internship, it's a unique chance to grow your skills, build your networks and be part of a passionate team.

Position Summary: The Business Intelligence (BI) Intern will be responsible for assisting BI team with routine and ad hoc customer insights research and reporting. This position is meant to inspire and promote learning essential skills for ground level work in the field of BI and customer behavior analytics. This position will be for the remainder of the 2025 season and is a paid internship.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Conduct market research to help ideate and develop innovative activation concepts and marketing campaigns for prospective and existing partners

· Generate targeted lead lists to support sales efforts for both ticketing campaigns and corporate sponsorship procurement.

· Update and maintain accurate tracking of sponsorship asset inventory.

· Compile weekly newsletters summarizing trends, financial news, and significant developments within the sports industry

· Monitor and track the performance of the team’s social media channels, creating reports to summarize engagement and ways to improve performance

· Execute industry research to inform team of trends emerging across brands, teams, and leagues to assist in the development of new business for the club

Requirements

· Applicants should be recent graduates or working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree with an emphasis in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Sports Business, or Business Analytics.

· Excellent communication and organization skills, capable of conveying complex data in a clear and concise manner.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include holidays, nights, and weekends.

· Passion for fútbol is a plus.
