Delaware North is hiring a full-time IT Technician to join our team at Allianz Field, in Saint Paul, Minnesota. With all technology at your fingertips and the Operation Lead by your side, you will work to support daily technical operations at Allianz Field. Unit Description

Delaware North operates the food and retail services at Allianz Field, the state-of-the-art home of Major League Soccer’s Minnesota United. The 19,400-seat venue opened in 2019. The stadium features four clubs, 22 suites, a variety of concession outlets and a large brew pub — stretching the width of the field.

Responsibilities

  • Provide maintenance and support for desktops, laptops and end-user support for hardware and software systems
  • Assist implementing solutions at the operating location, ensuring solutions are consistent with the overall IT strategy of Delaware North
  • Set up and maintain computer software and hardware, user account and computer configurations for team members
  • Actively prioritize and resolve issues and end-user help requests during normal business hours as well as during events
  • Record, track, and document successful and unsuccessful actions made through help desk request problem-solving process

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a technical support role
  • Experience with point of sale, property management systems, retail systems, cloud-based computing, network support, and Windows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and sales skills in a customer service-driven industry
  • Team-oriented and able to prioritize job responsibilities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
