Lead the Lakeside Boys Soccer Program

Lakeside High School is looking for a Head Boys Soccer Coach who wants to make a real difference for students. This position is about leading a team, but it is also about giving students a place where they can belong, work hard, and take pride in something bigger than themselves.

We need someone who knows soccer, understands high school athletes, and can create a team environment that reflects well on Lakeside. The right coach will teach the game while setting clear expectations for effort, conduct, communication, and commitment.

For many students, a coach becomes one of the adults they remember long after the season ends. This role matters. It matters in the way practices are run, in the way athletes are corrected, in the way success is celebrated, and in the way students learn to respond when things do not go their way.

This is a meaningful opportunity for a coach who wants to lead with purpose and help students grow through soccer. Lakeside needs a coach who will build pride in the program and help student-athletes understand what it means to represent their team, their school, and their community well.

Salary: The salary range for the position is: Min. $4,745 to Max. $6,935. Salary placement will be at Step 0 of the Coaches Agreement unless documentation of experience is received per the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The Collective Bargaining Agreement and Salary Schedules can be reviewed from the Human Resources page of the Nine Mile Falls School District www.9mile.org.

Benefits: Paid sick leave (per Initiative 1433)
