The Role and What You will Do: 

  •  Execute logistics strategies for every venue to ensure efficient delivery and distribution of all procured goods
  • Visibility on all infrastructure, design and product orders (quantities, venues, timetables)
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of logistics operations, making improvements as necessary
  • Liaison with key venue staff for master plan of all delivery movements including efficient routes, access / floor plans, storage, security and crucial timings
  • Oversee FIFA access control within venues (lift access and zoning)
  • Management of logistics coordinators and site team members as well as storage / warehouse personnel as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in transportation of goods, and on site at venues and warehouse / storage
  • Govern rules and regulations set forth by FIFA for loading, offloading and dispatch of all goods (i.e. staff, lift use, equipment, etc.). In conjunction with FIFA delivery / and Infrastructure team
  • Collaborate with functional areas (FA’s) including infrastructure, guest experience (VIP/VVIP), affiliates, commercial and vendor operations to ensure seamless execution
  • Direct Master Delivery Schedule (MDS) guidelines, Vehicle Accreditation Access Passes (VAAPS), Remote Search Park
  • Arrange MDS deliveries and required production labor at the venue sites
  • Assist with budget allocations by assuring all line items and service cost are captured accordingly
  • Handle all supplier transport related matters, vehicle and stock movements, optimal delivery routes, etc.
  • Develop and administer procedures for any emergency or last-minute deliveries
  • Support creation of post-event plan with full reconciliation of all aspects of the product operation including stock collection, liquidation, shipment to other locations

  You Have These 

  • 5-7 years+ experience with logistics, transportation or an equivalent position
  • Experience with gifting suites, VIP packages, merchandise, uniform coordination
  • Any combination of training, education, and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree
  • Proven and demonstrable experience of producing and delivering large commercially successful public outdoor events
  • Exceptionally ambitious standards of customer service, attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Proactive onsite approach to tasks
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Confidence in managing large groups of guest / staff
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite & Teams | SharePoint | Zoom | Smartsheet
  • Ability and willingness to travel
