We are currently seeking highly motivated, kid-centric, aspiring educators and coaches to join our team at Sofive Soccer Centers. As an MCSA Coach, you will have the exciting opportunity to help deliver Manchester City’s methodology and philosophy through our youth programs at our state-of-the-art soccer centers.

Job Description:

You will be enrolled in the Manchester City coach development program to assist you in growing and progressing into the best coach you can be. We are committed to supporting you every step of the way, ensuring you feel confident in delivering our programs. We provide full coaching kits, curriculum packs, and ongoing training to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all the City Football Group coaching philosophy, methodology, and principles are incorporated into the delivery of the program.
• Support the Academy Director and lead staff pre, during, and post delivery, attending meetings and training sessions as required.
• Deliver the coaching program in a professional manner, providing session plans for each week and following the 10-week curriculum.
• Work both individually and collectively as part of a team to ensure the project is delivered to the required levels and expectations.
