The New York Red Bulls are one of 30 teams in Major League Soccer (MLS). RBNY, one of the ten charter clubs of MLS, have competed in the league since its founding in 1996. The Red Bulls play home matches at Sports Illustrated Stadium (SIS) in Harrison, New Jersey. The three-time MLS Supporters' Shield Winners are owned by the Austrian beverage company Red Bull for which the team is named. The New York Red Bulls offer one of the nation's premier youth soccer development programs, from local soccer partnerships across New York and New Jersey to Regional Development Schools and the Red Bulls Academy teams.
The Manager, Player Care is responsible for overseeing all aspects of onboarding and relocation logistics for new players and staff, ensuring the transition into the club is seamless and well supported. Beyond the initial integration, the Manager provides comprehensive, ongoing support to staff, players, and their families, helping them adjust to new environments, navigate daily life, and access key resources.
Due to the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, the employee may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
2+ years of experience in player care, athlete support, or a related field within professional sports or elite youth development.
Previous experience of developing training/activities/workshops for athletes
Knowledge of safeguarding issues, SafeSport policies, and best practices
Experience supporting the emotional and mental health issues that affect young athletes utilizing medical referrals when applicable.

The base salary for this position is $60,000. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay is subject to change and may be modified.
