The Ticket Operations Manager assists with all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Ticketing Department and works with the Director, Ticket Sales & Service to maintain a professional, organized, and customer-friendly work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  1. Reconcile and maintain all financial reports associated with the Ticket Office
  2. Hire, train, and schedule part-time box office event staff
  3. Update senior management regarding best practices and new technology
  4. Manage customer database and develop strategies to collect additional information
  5. Responsible for the fulfillment of Tampa Bay Rowdies season, group, and individual ticket requests
  6. Assist in the implementation and creation of online ticketing promotions
  7. Support any ticketed concerts, special events, and promotions held at Al Lang Stadium
  8. Generate reports based on promotions, sales, inventory, etc.
  9. Build out all soccer and non-soccer events for Al Lang Stadium
  10. Support Sales Team and Ownership team with reports and database maintenance
  11. Research issues concerning customer accounts, ticket printing, and internet and online purchases
  12. Coordinate customer mail outs throughout the year
  13. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. 2-3 years of experience in Ticket Operations
  2. Previous experience with Tickets.com system is a plus
  3. Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. Well-organized, self-motivated, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  7. Flexibility to travel and adjust hours to work home games and other events, including weekends and holidays
