Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC are seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, and reliable individuals to join our team as Part-Time Seasonal Marketing Assistants for the 2026 season. This role represents both Clubs on game days and at community and promotional events throughout the Louisville region. Marketing Assistants play a key role in grassroots marketing efforts, fan engagement, and brand promotion, helping create exceptional experiences for fans of all ages.
Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, based on the Club’s home game schedules and event calendar.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Execute game-day tasks, including but not limited to:
- Giveaways and promotions
- Pre-game, halftime, and post-game activations
- Fan engagement activities and experiences
- Support mascot activations
- Support grassroots marketing initiatives, including:
- Youth soccer tournaments
- Community events and festivals
- Watch parties and club appearances
- Support mascot appearances
- Represent Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC at home games and various community events.
- Welcome, engage, and interact with fans in a professional, positive, and energetic manner.
- Assist with the setup and tear-down of marketing activations and events at Lynn Family Stadium and off-site community locations.
- Provide general event support as directed by Marketing leadership.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by Supervisor or Management.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Positive, friendly demeanor with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and function in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills preferred.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the game and event schedule.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from Lynn Family Stadium, Soccer Holdings, LLC corporate offices, and other work sites throughout the Louisville area.
- Fundamental knowledge of soccer and soccer culture preferred.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Active and valid driver’s license preferred.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to walk significant distances, including up and down stairs, as required throughout the venue, as well as stand, sit, walk, bend, kneel, climb, grasp, stretch, stoop, and reach above head in conjunction with tasks.
Ability and willingness to work in all types of adverse weather conditions (i.e., heat, rain, cold, snow, wind).
