We are looking for a Marketing Manager to work closely with our Senior Director, Marketing Services to strategize, execute, and analyze the various marketing projects across the entire Men in Blazers Media Network. This person will be responsible for helping to drive audience growth and engagement by overseeing the entire content lifecycle. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on content management, requiring the ability to build and execute a content plan that aligns with the company's business goals and audience needs.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content promotional strategy across the entire Men in Blazers Media Network (Men’s & Women’s soccer), including social media, email newsletters, podcasts, video, merch, and live events.
- Manage the promotional calendar and project workflow from ideation to distribution, including editing and proofreading content to maintain consistent brand voice, style, and quality.
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as production, sales, social media, ecomm, and live events to ensure content initiatives support broader business objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct audience deep dives, competitor analysis, and identify market trends to find content gaps and opportunities.
- Strategize how content will be distributed and promoted across all channels to maximize reach, engagement, and drive followers. This includes paid media campaigns and partnering with influencers.
- Track and report on content performance using tools like Google Analytics. Analyze metrics such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates to measure success and inform future strategies.
What You Need
- 4+ years of digital media marketing experience, specifically around building strategies to launch various campaigns across multiple platforms
- Ability to connect content initiatives to key business objectives, such as brand building, driving traffic, increasing subscriber and content viewership numbers, or leads generation.
- Strong understanding of current trends in media, social platforms, and digital marketing techniques, including SEO.
- A master of creative writing, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt your voice
- Proactivity and autonomy
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders, and clearly present data and strategic insights
- Comfort with data, analytics platforms, and using metrics to measure the effectiveness of content.
- The ability to oversee and juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and resources simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative and agile approach to marketing that can quickly adjust to new platforms, consumer behaviors, and industry change
- Deep passion and familiarity with the game of soccer, both here in the US and internationally
