About The League
The Northern Super League is Canada’s first professional women’s soccer league, dedicated to growing the sport and engaging passionate fans nationwide.
In our inaugural season, we ranked among the top five women’s soccer leagues in global attendance, welcoming over 300,000 fans to stadiums, reaching more than three million Canadians through broadcasts, and seeing more than 25 players called up to their national teams.
With season two underway, we’re seeking a growth-oriented marketing manager to help us reach more fans.
About The Role
Your goal in this role is to support the execution of the league’s marketing initiatives, helping drive broadcast and streaming viewership, audience growth, fan engagement, ticket sales, and league events. Reporting to the marketing director, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and executing multi-channel campaigns, managing marketing operations, and supporting day-to-day campaign delivery across the league.
You’ll thrive in this role if you are highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working across departments, agencies, freelancers, clubs, and partners. You understand how to keep campaigns moving, can manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment, and bring strong attention to detail to every stage of execution.

The Details
This is a full-time, permanent, remote position (anywhere in Canada) open to anyone who is legally entitled to work in Canada. Typical hours are Monday to Friday regular working hours, with flexibility required around special events. Target compensation is $67,000/year with comprehensive group benefits, RRSP matching, and three weeks vacation.
