Zionsville, Indiana, Join our team as a part-time staff coach in our academy and travel soccer program. As a coach, you will have the opportunity to work with one or several teams, depending on your availability and experience level. Your main responsibility will be to develop players' skills, foster teamwork, and promote a positive learning environment. This role requires a passion for soccer, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
In addition to coaching responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your coaching skills. The club is committed to supporting continuing coach education and has a financial coaching license reimbursement program in place. We offer a base salary with opportunities for bonuses based on licensure and retention.
