Position Summary:
Premium Guest Services Representatives (Premium GSR) play a key role in delivering an elevated and personalized experience for Sacramento Republic FC VIP Club Members, partners and ownership at Heart Health Park. Premium GSR’s assist VIP members by providing a warm check-in experience, assisting with seat location and offering attentive service-oriented support throughout the match.
In addition to guest engagement, Premium GSR’s maintain the overall presentation and cleanliness of club spaces while creating meaningful connections that enhance member experience. This is a part time seasonal roll spanning from January -November
Responsibilities:
· Welcome and check-in VIP Club Members, Ownership, and guests
· Inform guests of club features and locations such as catering, dining locations, bars bathrooms, seating
· Examine and interpret tickets to answer any seating questions, providing guidance when needed
· Maintain a strong presence within club spaces to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service
· Support overall club presentation by bussing tables and seating areas, monitoring bathroom cleanliness, notifying management of janitorial needs, and restocking where needed.
· Build strong relationships with guests and maintain a visible presence during the event for any guest inquiries, comments, or concerns.
· Guide fans to exits or provide other instructions in case of emergency.
· Communicate guest feedback, concerns, or service opportunities.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
· Must be able to adhere to pre-scheduled shifts and be on-time for those shifts.
· Must be available for approximately 80% of all home matches, including the Home Opener (Saturday, March 7), State Fair (Saturday, August 1), and Season Finale (Saturday, October 24).
· Able to work outdoors and in inclement and/or hot weather.
· Able to stand, walk, or travel up and down stairs for extended periods of time.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with guests and resolve issues efficiently.
· Able to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to remain in a stationary position, move around the stadium, inspect spaces and items, and communicate with guests and teammates. The employee constantly works in outdoor weather conditions. The employee is occasionally required to move items and ascend/descend stairs.
