Position:
The Premium Hospitality Lead is part of Minnesota United FC (MNUFC), a sports business located in the Twins Cities area of Minnesota and a member of Major League Soccer (MLS), the top tier soccer league in North America.
 
Position Summary:
As a Premium Hospitality Lead with Minnesota United FC, you will provide exceptional service and meaningful moments with guests in all premium areas during home games and stadium events at Allianz Field. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of an assigned premium area, fostering a positive and engaging environment while leading fellow team members and cultivating meaningful relationships with guests.

What You’ll Do:
  • Create an exceptional experience for guests in premium areas at Allianz Field.
  • Greet and welcome guests, maintaining professionalism in all interactions while creating a positive and welcoming environment amongst guests, staff, and vendors.
  • Build meaningful relationships with guests to enhance their experience at Allianz Field.
  • Anticipate needs by promptly responding to inquiries, requests, or concerns with poise and professionalism. 
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of stadium amenities, premium spaces, and event schedules to effectively guide and inform guests. 
  • Assist with pre-and-post event setup and breakdowns of premium spaces.

 What You’ll Bring:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in premium seating/hospitality.
  • Professionalism: A positive, professional demeanor in communication, appearance, and interactions with guests.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet.
  • Resourcefulness: Innovative, forward-thinking, and proactive in solving challenges and enhancing event experiences.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized with strong follow-through and a sharp eye for details.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Physical Readiness: Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds as needed.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a majority of MNUFC home games and all-stadium events at Allianz Field, including evenings, weekends, and potential holidays as required.
 
Compensation and Benefits: 
Minnesota United FC values the contributions of our team members and is committed to transparency in our compensation practices. The compensation range for this part-time role is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (non-exempt).
