The Program Coordinator is responsible for managing the Lil’ Kickers and Skills Institute class operations and customer experience through the development of staff, marketing initiatives, and program organization. Development, growth, and organization of all areas of Lil’ Kickers will be expected of this position. The Lil’ Kickers Program Coordinator reports to the General Manager of Indoor Facilities. This is a full-time, hourly, bonus eligible, non-exempt supervisory position. The Lil’ Kickers Coordinator supports and promotes the company’s mission and core values.

Program Management

  • Plan and implement Lil’ Kickers and Skills Institute class sessions within the facility.
  • Teach 10-15 classes each week
  • Ensure participant payments are collected per company standards.
  • Communicate with the families of the participants.
  • Develop relationships with the kids and their families.

Staffing and Development

  • Hire and train Lil’ Kickers Coaches to create a dynamic team that operates within the
  • mission and goals of Lexington Sporting Club
  • Continuously develop coaches to achieve individual and company goals.
  • Complete timely performance reviews for coaches.
  • Continue to develop your coaching.
  • Discipline and terminate coaches as needed per company policy.
  • Manage coach schedule and payroll tasks.

Administration

  • Communicate program information to staff including new policies and procedures.
  • Understand, manage, and support the use of the Registration Software.
  • Review program revenue and financial reports with General Manager.
  • Establish program and revenue goals.
  • Evaluate and manage equipment costs and needs to help plan future expenses.
  • Coordinate the weekly manager and coaches schedule to ensure program coverage.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Lil’ Kicker franchise operation procedures.

Marketing

  • Execute and implementation of marketing programs of the franchise.
  • Communicate marketing initiatives and tasks to staff.
  • Market out in the community on a quarterly basis promoting the program via grass roots efforts.
  • Maintain an active Social Media presence using the franchise digital assets and platform called Lil’ Kickers Social.

Customer Service

  • Ensure customers receive exceptional service from friendly staff in a clean and well-maintained facility.
  • Ensure all customers leave with a positive experience.
  • Address any customer requests or concerns.
Requirements
  • Experience working with early childhood education, young children and toddler education programs, etc. is preferred. 
  • Morning, evening and weekend availability
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Uses patience, tact, and professionalism when working with customers 
  • Effective training and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills and experience with management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
