The Program Coordinator is responsible for managing the Lil’ Kickers and Skills Institute class operations and customer experience through the development of staff, marketing initiatives, and program organization. Development, growth, and organization of all areas of Lil’ Kickers will be expected of this position. The Lil’ Kickers Program Coordinator reports to the General Manager of Indoor Facilities. This is a full-time, hourly, bonus eligible, non-exempt supervisory position. The Lil’ Kickers Coordinator supports and promotes the company’s mission and core values.
