Part-time Retail Specialists are needed to champion the Forward Madison FC brand and deliver customer-first service.
Team Store Responsibilities include:
Sort, price, stock, and arrange team merchandise
Use the point of sale system (Square)
Become an expert on store products
Provide high-quality customer service to store guests
Check out in-person guests using POS and follow cash handling procedures
Take inventory of products
Process online orders for fulfillment including order picking, packing and shipping
Use heat press equipment to apply badges and jersey customization
Conduct assigned tasks efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy
Ideal candidates will have availability during business hours (Monday through Friday 10a-5pm) as well as evenings and weekends. In-season, Retail Specialists should expect to work a schedule focused on staffing the store on game days and during other events at the stadium. The retail team also has the responsibility of staffing merchandise pop-up stands on behalf of touring musicians performing at the facility.
