Seeking a motivated and dedicated coach to lead the JV BOYS soccer Northwestern HS Soccer program, fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and player development in alignment with the RSD7 Varsity philosophy.
This is for FALL 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and conduct daily practices and game strategies.
Develop fundamental soccer skills in student-athletes.
Supervise student-athletes during practices, games, and team events.
Maintain positive communication with players, families, and athletic staff.
Ensure compliance with all district, conference, and CIAC regulations.
Qualifications:
Valid Connecticut coaching certification or temporary emergency coaching permit.
Current CPR, First Aid, and AED training.
Completion of Module 15 Concussion Management.
Previous coaching experience preferred
