ABOUT THE POSITION The Tampa Bay Sun FC Ticket Sales Team is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Senior Account Executive. Senior Account Executives play a key role in driving ticket revenue and are integral to the success of the sales team. This position provides the opportunity to lead by example, mentor junior staff, and contribute to strategic sales initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in ticketing or sports sales, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering results in a competitive and fast-paced environment. This individual thrives under pressure, embraces continuous learning through advanced sales and product training, and is committed to long-term growth within the sports industry.
JOB SUMMARY

Energetically build new relationships by self-prospecting, cold calling, and effective campaign management.
Meet face-to-face with new and existing clients/prospects with the goal of procuring sales.
Generate new sales leads through prospecting and networking events.
Grow and prospect Season Ticket holders.
Grow and prospect Group Ticket accounts.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly/yearly overall sales and revenue goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service.
Attend all Tampa Bay Sun FC home games and contribute to all in-game sales related activities.
Maintain computerized records of all prospects and clients through HubSpot CRM.
Maintain accurate notes through CRM software for leads and sales tracking.
Contribute positively to the sales team culture by developing collaborative relationships with all team members.
Other duties as business needs evolve.
QUALIFICATIONS &EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years of proven sales experience, preferred.
Bilingual, Spanish & English, preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ticketing systems and CRM experience preferred.
Ability to work non-traditional hours, including all home games, non-game day events,
evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT
Must be able to pass all background and safeguarding checks.
Must possess strong communication skills and be able to work in a dynamic professional environment.
Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Highly organized, self-starter, resourceful, detail oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
