Reporting organisationally to the Director, Brand & Marketing, the Sr. Brand Design Manager will be a key member of the FIFA26 Commercial team, and work in close collaboration with the FIFAWC26 Marketing team and other key individuals responsible for delivering best-in-class design solutions for the FIFAWC26.
THE POSITION
The main responsibilities and oversights of the Sr. Brand Design Manager for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:
Lead a team of highly motivated experienced individuals and help motivate and give proper direction that help meet the goals of the tournament and team deliverables
Represent the creative team in key meetings, advocating for design excellence and consistency.
Work closely with marketing, brand, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and project objectives to be delivered in a timely manner
Ensure all designs adhere to FIFA World Cup 2026 brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all materials as requested by key stakeholders, marketing, brand, and leadership.
Help prioritize and delegate creative requests based on business goals, timelines, and team capacity to ensure efficient workflow and strategic alignment.
Develop and produce visually appealing designs for a range of mediums including digital ads, social media graphics, print materials, video, brochures, presentations, product packaging and external client & partner support as needed.
Generate creative concepts and design solutions that meet project goals and enhance the user experience that meet the expecations and values of FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament and other tournaments as requested.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs are modern and relevant.
Ability to work in a fast pace industry, working with internal and external stakeholders and maintaining professional and collaborative communication, while delivering on creative assets within appropriate timelines.
Prepare and manage files for all use, ensuring they meet quality standards within the FIFA26 and FIFA headquarters teams.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree or similar higher education
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role
Experience in creating work of outstanding design standards, for brand, advertising and TTL campaigns
2D and or 3D design is a plus, but not necessary
Strong client management skills and agency background advantageous
Digital savvy with experience in social & digital marketing strategies
Demonstrate excellent design skills – both conceptual and executional
Brand Development experience
Experience in entertainment, motion and sport advantageous
International or experience working in organizations with international offices/staff
