Education & Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree, specialization in business, fashion buying, supply chain management or other related field.
- Project Management certification is a bonus
Work Experience
- Knowledge of event planning and event project management processes is essential
- Proven track record in administering uniform projects across complex quantity structures both from initial production through to distribution and dissolution.
- Astute project management skills – able to manage conflicting deadlines and mobilize contingency plans quickly.
- Planning and management of complex budgets
- Management of uniform supply chain, definite plus
Languages
- Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
Technology
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
- Experience scoping and using systems for inventory, communication and distribution purposes
- Understanding of IT implementations • Ability to manage multiple inboxes
