We are looking for a Social Media Manager, City Guides, who lives at the intersection of soccer, culture, and creativity. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to build brand awareness and engage with audiences, which includes creating, curating, and publishing content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and staying current on trends and new technologies across various social platforms.

What You’ll Do
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) for different social media platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Work with content creators and social producers from preproduction through publishing, providing creative direction, feedback, and production support in a strategic manner that is inline with the Men in Blazers brand and editorial teams.
- Manage all handles, including executing individual posts across all social media platforms.
- Plan and launch social media marketing campaigns to promote new campaigns, content, events, or products, and track their success.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages with a strong editorial voice to foster a positive and active online community.
- Track, measure, and report on key social media performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and new tools to maximize reach and engagement.
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, and content creators, to ensure brand consistency and support broader marketing efforts.
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
- 4+ years of practical experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating ability to develop innovative and engaging content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and engaging with the audience.
- Ability to analyze performance data and use insights to adjust strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
