Position Overview:

DC Power FC, a professional women�s soccer team proudly representing Washington, D.C., is seeking a high-performing and energetic Senior Account Executive, Membership and Partnership Sales to play a key role in driving the club�s growth across ticketing and corporate partnerships. This individual will focus on generating new business through season ticket memberships, premium seating, group experiences, and sponsorship opportunities, while also supporting client retention and engagement efforts.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the launch and long-term success of a brand-new professional team committed to excellence on and off the pitch.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership and Premium Sales:

  • Sell season ticket memberships, group outings, and premium hospitality packages (including fieldside and suite-level seating).
  • Conduct sales presentations and stadium tours for prospective members and corporate buyers.
  • Generate new business through prospecting, outbound calls, in-person meetings, networking events, and referrals.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team revenue goals.
  • Manage client relationships using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and ticketing software (e.g., SeatGeek, Archtics).
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support game-day execution and overall fan experience for premium and season ticket clients.

Corporate Partnership Sales & Activation:

  • Identify, pitch, and secure new sponsorship deals with businesses at the local, regional, and national level.
  • Create customized marketing solutions that integrate branding, digital media, hospitality, and community engagement.
  • Assist with the implementation and activation of partner assets to ensure fulfillment of contract deliverables.
  • Provide support in tracking ROI, capturing proof-of-performance, and building post-season recap reports.
  • Foster and grow long-term partnerships through strong client service and consistent touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor�s degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2�3 years of experience in sports ticket sales, corporate partnerships, or premium hospitality (NWSL, USL, MLS, MiLB or comparable industry preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, present, and close sales at a high level.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for building relationships and delivering value to clients.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and all home matchdays.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to manage schedule to achieve daily and weekly goals for calls, appointments, and sales.
  • Exceptional work ethic, strong desire to succeed, eagerness to learn, professionalism, and a passion for the sports industry.
  • Must be open to learning throughout the sales training process and be a coachable team member.
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • The selected candidate must pass a background check.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary with commission and bonus opportunities.
  • Pay ranges from $45,000 to $65,000 per year
