The Tampa Bay Rays and Tampa Bay Rowdies are seeking energetic, outgoing individuals to join our Street Team. As part of our marketing efforts, you’ll help bring the excitement of Rays baseball and Rowdies soccer to events across the Greater Tampa Bay Area.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Raise brand awareness at grassroots events and act as a knowledgeable ambassador for community initiatives and promotions.
- Set up, operate, and break down interactive activations (e.g., inflatable games, sound systems, pop-up tents).
- Attend and assist with parades, ensuring safety and fan engagement.
- Manage the Rays Rookies Kids Club kiosk on game days and assist with packing on non-game days.
- Represent the Rays/Rowdies at major events inside and outside the ballpark/pitch, including Running with the Rays 5K, Fan Fest, watch parties, and parades.
- Operate Street Team vehicles for event transportation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills & Abilities:
- Must work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, self-sufficient, solution-oriented, and proactive with a “no task is too small” attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to provide reliable transportation to and from events.
Preferred Experience:
- Promotions, event operations, or marketing experience.
- Experience working in sports, particularly baseball and/or soccer.
- Experience working with children.
Work Environment:
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
- Availability nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Must reside in the Greater Tampa Bay Area and must be 18 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
