About COPA STC
COPA Soccer Training Center is a 110,000 sq ft, state-of-the-art soccer training facility located in Walnut Creek, CA. Our coaching staff uses modern training methods and advanced technology to help athletes develop their technical, physical, and cognitive skills while creating a fun and supportive environment for players of all ages.
What You’ll Do
As a Camp Coach, you’re not just running drills — you’re creating an experience.
- Lead soccer drills, games, and daily camp activities
- Bring energy, creativity, and fun to every part of the day
- Help run World Cup-themed competitions and team challenges
- Keep athletes active, engaged, and excited
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence
- Assist with camp setup and equipment organization
- Maintain a safe and welcoming training environment
Camp Programs
COPA Soccer Camps (Ages 6–15)
Skill-focused camps designed to help players develop their technical ability and love for the game through drills, small-sided games, and engaging activities
Future Stars Camps (Ages 4–5)
An introductory soccer camp designed for our youngest players, focusing on fun movement, coordination, and basic soccer skills
Schedule & Availability
- Camp Season: June 4 – August 7
- Camps run Monday – Friday
Schedule Options:
- Half Day: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Full Day: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Future Stars: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Typical Weekly Hours:
- Part-time seasonal role
- Approximately 15–30 hours per week depending on schedule and availability
Mandatory Staff Orientation
All hired coaches must attend one onboarding session:
- Saturday, May 23
- Saturday, May 30
Attendance at one of these sessions is required.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous soccer coaching or youth camp experience preferred
- Experience working with children ages 4–15
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented
- Passion for soccer and youth development

Compensation
- $18–$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
