TEMPORARY LOGISTICS ASSISTANT (Non-exempt)

What you will do:
We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a leave within our Supply Chain Management Organization. The temporary role will span over approximately a three month period, preferably starting in early June. The ideal candidate will support our logistics team by assisting with order management, reporting, and some data analysis along with processing Import/Export Documentation. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Key objectives will be creating and maintaining direct import orders, preparing reports, and processing Logistics documents with internal/external partners. This temporary role is critical to maintaining the seamless operation of our department during the period. LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Interact regularly and follow up with internal and external parties based on direction of management, presents information for decision making to manager, and the requires ability to independently follow up on pending item and to manage their own daily tasks and projects as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position does not supervise employees.
