Carolina Ascent FC, a proud member of the USL Super League, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ticket Sales & Service Intern to join our growing front office. This internship provides hands-on experience in professional sports sales and match day operations, ideal for students pursuing a career in sports business or ticketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of ticket operations on matchdays
Help manage ticket inventory across platforms including season, group, and individual ticket categories
Support mobile ticketing and scanning processes at stadium gates
Coordinate credentialing and access for fans, staff, and media
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ticketing system and CRM
Provide customer service support via phone, email, and in person

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless fan entry and experience
Ideal Candidate:
Pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially on matchdays
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ticketing software is a plus
Available to work all seven (7) fall home matches.
