Minnesota Aurora FC is seeking a driven and experienced Vice President of Revenue Growth to lead the club’s sponsorship and ticket sales efforts. This role will focus on building meaningful corporate partnerships, developing revenue-generating strategies, and creating exceptional experiences for partners and fans while helping support the continued growth of Minnesota Aurora FC.

Minnesota Aurora FC is a community-owned women’s soccer team based in the Twin Cities with over 5000 community owners across all 50 states and 19 countries. The club plays in the pre-professional USL W League, featuring the best amateur and aspiring professional players from Minnesota and across the globe. The club is operated by a women-led front office and coaching staff.

The Vice President of Revenue Growth for Minnesota Aurora FC is a full-time position that is responsible for revenue generation for the team through sales of tickets and sponsorships.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead revenue driver for Minnesota Aurora for sponsorships and ticket sales
- Support and build trusted relationships with corporate partners and key stakeholders, ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each partner’s business, industry, objectives, and priorities to optimize the value and impact of the partnership throughout the term.
- Ensure that the rate card and sponsor presentations are created, updated, and reviewed regularly with potential partners
- Identify potential sponsors, set meetings, create presentations, build partner packages to offer prospective partners
- Maintain positive relationships with all clients/partners to enable full contract execution, problem solving when needed, and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with Aurora staff, vendors, sponsors, property staff, and others to ensure implementation of sponsorships and contract fulfillment
- Provide timely and accurate recaps to partners for renewals including full analytics and value of partnership
- Manage Hubspot to track activity for sales initiatives
- Manage sponsorship/partnership activation and community engagement team members.
- Establish ticketing strategies, pricing, partner with finance on budgets, and goal setting for the season
- Staff, lead, and operate a functional customer service and box office for ticketed events, including partner with finance for financial reconciliation and tracking of all ticketing revenue
- Attend all home games and other Aurora events as needed as the primary point of contact
- Manage and supervise staff to execute deliverables as needed
- Collaborate productively with other departments, staffs, and work teams
- Position reports to team President with support from the Board of Directors

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated outbound sales experience, strong partnership building skills and ongoing customer relationship maintenance
- Proven ability to drive revenue and sponsorship activities with large corporations and partners
- Demonstrated knowledge of ticketing pricing and analysis
- Experience with a CRM preferably HubSpot
- Demonstrated success reaching budget goals and closing business
- Sports or live events industry experience
- Advanced negotiating skills. Advanced sales skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $75,000 – $100,000 base salary based on experience. Eligible for commission, with a total annual compensation target of $110,000 – $140,000. Send resume and letter of interest to hiring@mnaurora.com to apply.
