Videographer

Lexington Sporting Club is hiring a Videographer to create video content that captures the experience of our men’s and women’s teams both on and off the field. This role will cover home matches, occasional away matches, media days, jersey launches, training sessions, community events, and other club needs. The content you produce will be shared across social media, the club website, marketing campaigns, and in-stadium platforms.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys telling stories through video and has the technical skills to produce professional-quality work in a fast-moving sports environment. This position is hands-on, collaborative, and central to how fans experience our club.

 Responsibilities

• Capture, edit, and produce video content for home matches, training sessions, media days, community events, press conferences, and other club activities.
• Edit and deliver content optimized for multiple platforms, including social media, website, in-stadium displays, and external marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts that align with club initiatives and brand standards.
• Create highlight reels, hype videos, behind-the-scenes features, and other engaging content to build fan connections and grow the club’s brand.
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture professional-quality footage in a variety of environments.
• Manage and organize video assets, ensuring efficient storage and archival of footage.
• Deliver content with quick turnaround times, especially on matchdays and for time-sensitive campaigns.
• Supervise and mentor video interns, assigning responsibilities during matches and other events.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to cover matches and team events.

• 1-2 years of professional videography and editing experience (sports experience preferred).
• Proficiency with video editing software
• Strong knowledge of filming techniques, lighting, and audio equipment
• Experience producing content for social media platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines and quick turnaround times
• Excellent communication, organizational, attention to detail and collaboration skills 
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds of audio & visual equipment

Work Environment

This position involves a combination of office-based work and on-site filming at outdoor stadiums, training facilities, and community events. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays, and includes exposure to outdoor conditions during matches and team activities.
