Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the stadium's facilities are clean, safe, and fully operational.
- Conduct inspections of the stadium's infrastructure, seating areas, restrooms, and other facilities to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Repair and troubleshoot minor Stadium Operations issues, such as plumbing, electrical, and structural problems.
- Coordinate and assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment and signage for events held at the stadium.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment necessary for Stadium Operations upkeep and event support.
- Provide excellent customer service to event organizers, attendees, and visitors; addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in training sessions and development opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices in Stadium Operations management and event coordination.
- Contribute to the improvement of the stadium by suggesting innovative ideas and process enhancements.
- Be available for flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the event schedule and Stadium Operations maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected challenges calmly and effectively.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general Stadium Operations maintenance.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy equipment or supplies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team and interact professionally with diverse groups of people.
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure all tasks are performed accurately and to high standards.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with event coordination or previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices in Stadium Operations management.
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000
