At Inter Miami CF, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager, Ticket Operations to join our team! In this role, you will oversee all aspects of ticket operations for special events, concerts, tours, and select Inter Miami CF matches at Chase Stadium and Miami Freedom Park.

You will play a key role in event buildouts, ticket pricing, distribution, and sales strategies, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless experience for every fan. The ideal candidate brings deep experience with Ticketmaster Systems (Archtics, Host, TM1) and a strong background in box office and event management operations.

This position calls for a collaborative and proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working cross-functionally with marketing, stadium operations, promoters, and other internal teams.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

 

1. Event & Ticket Operations

  • Oversee all aspects of ticket operations for special events, concerts, and select Inter Miami CF matches at Chase Stadium and Miami Freedom Park.
  • Manage event builds, manifests, and ticket fulfillment, ensuring accuracy across all Ticketmaster systems (Archtics, Host, TM1, etc.).
  • Maintain and reconcile all ticket inventories, including complimentary, group, suite, and membership holds, while ensuring accurate financial reporting, settlements, and audits before, during, and after events.
  • Coordinate with Stadium Operations and IT to ensure smooth gate access, digital ticket distribution, and scanning for all valid ticket holders.
     

2. Internal & External Collaboration

  • Serve as a key point of contact for promoters, event organizers, and internal departments to align on ticketing logistics and event setup.
  • Support the Ticket Sales & Service teams with timely processing of service orders, payments, and account adjustments.
  • Maintain consistent communication with senior leadership and key stakeholders regarding event performance and ticketing updates.
     

3. Financial Management & Reporting

  • Oversee box office operations, ensuring effective cash controls, auditing procedures, and compliance with financial policies.
  • Partner with senior leadership and Finance on reporting, reconciliations, cash flow updates, and end-of-period financial reviews,  while maintaining accurate records of transactions, deposits, and accounts receivable.  
  • Generate and analyze audit reports, daily summaries, and event settlements to maintain accuracy, accountability, and data integrity.
     

4. Team Leadership & Fan Experience

  • Supervise, train, and schedule box office and ticketing staff, providing ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and service, ensuring every fan receives a seamless and positive experience.
  • Handle customer service issues and ticket inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Execute other duties as assigned by Ticket Operations Leaders
Requirements

  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management or a related field required.
  • 4–6  years of experience in ticket operations or box office management within a sports, entertainment, or live events environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Ticketmaster systems, including Archtics, Host, and TM1(required).
  • Proven ability to manage staff, multitask, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret business correspondence and reports.
  • Ability to effectively present information in small group and one-on-one settings.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English required; bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) preferred.
